It just didn't happen like that.

So we have to get to a place where we are respecting the intelligence, respecting the mind, and respecting the integrity of these artists that are coming forth and building worlds independently.

But understanding like, yeah, building shit independently is very expensive.

You got to pay for the production.

You got to pay for everything.

I done did it.

All of our first shows was independent.

If there's chairs that need to be rented, you got to pay for chairs.

We like people to eat when they come to our venue.

We got to pay for the eat.

We have staff.

You got to pay for the staff.

You got to pay for all the BTS.

If there's equipment that's needed that you got to rent, you got to pay for that.

You got to pay for the venue.

You got to pay for merch.

All the overhead, all the ins and outs, every little bit of production, equipment, down to the goddamn seats that people sitting their ass in, you got to pay for it.

So yeah, it may be better to just know that there's a company out there that's like what we doing right now with the people who's partnering with us on our first cousins tour.

We don't gotta worry about none of that.

We gotta make sure these tickets get sold.
