You just got to be comfortable with planting that seed.

You don't have to worry about the harvest.

You just plant the seed.

So I recently launched my podcast in December after seven years of telling myself I couldn't.

There wasn't space for me.

It's called the Alive, I Guess podcast.

And I made it because I wanted to create a safe space for us to come and talk about the difficult parts of life we experience but never discuss.

I host it alone and share raw, honest stories from my life and create a space for conversations that remind people they're not broken.

They're just alive and learning.
