Because I'm hearing you talk about this a lot.
These are loopholes.
Even the thing about ICE, it's like, this is a loophole because it's technically Border Patrol.
So you don't even have a right to due process.
So yeah, I can kidnap a five or a 55 year old and they don't have the right to legal representation, which will ultimately save their lives in most cases.
I mean, there's no reason a five year old should be in court.
