I've really got a lot out of Mark Carney's, uh, wreath lectures on, uh, BBC podcasts, or, you know, if you just look up wreath, uh, the wreath lectures, Mark Carney, who's the ex bank of England's governor.

Uh, Frank Slotman of snowflake.

Um, because he's European, he's older than me.

His average tenure is six years, and I've been here at Bright Pearl four years, but his playbook's very interesting, so I've been studying him.

No, we're on a hot space in a category that's huge, and we've got a really good path, and now we've got a partner.

that can give us fast access to distribution.

In other words, new customers.

And so, yeah, we're still independent.

Obviously that was a minority around when we did, and that was very important for us.
