I wholeheartedly believe that people in that building right now know what happened. With William and the violence of that attack, I find it very hard to believe that one person could do this without anyone knowing.

Like that money, I know it's not about the money, but $50,000 for someone that lives in that building is probably more than their yearly income rate, a lot more.
