We try to like do everything we can.
We take the supplements.
We do our exercise.
We eat well.
You know, we think we're doing everything right.
But actually, in the end, if you need medical care, it doesn't matter how much wellness or well-being you do.
In the end, you need access to someone who's experienced.
You need access to labs.

you know, changing actually your immune response.
