with this whole health world is having a doctor, having a biologist, having someone that you can really go to and trust. it is to develop my own patterns, not patterns that were passed down from my parents and their parents and their parents, but develop my own about who I am. I think it's understanding what values you live by. You're absolutely no matter what. And I think it's, I think it's to be kind to others and do the right thing when no one's looking. I really do, man. I believe in that.
