You know, the other reason I like doing hard stuff is because it, you know, Steven Kotler from, um, His book on flow state speaks on, there's three ways to re-tap into flow state in our brain. You have to do something mindless, you have to do something hard, and you have to do something calm.

And so if I'm taking calls or meetings from say 1030 to three, I'm doing it multiple times in between and by my three, four o'clock call or meeting, guess what? I'm at a hundred percent, baby. I'm good to go.
