Okay.
I took Zuckerberg to the UN in 2015.
You know, like that's the thing where, you know, for me as a former UN person, it felt really important actually that you bring Silicon Valley, you know, people building these platforms with this immense reach together with a set of people who are deeply non-technological but need to achieve
really hard things in the world.
So for me, a lot of the work I did was on advancing this idea that connectivity should be a human right.
It should be something that people have access to, and they have the ability to express themselves freely.
I consider that a very, very small win.
Lots of other things, I would lose arguments all the time.
One of the things that was part of my final chapter when I was at Facebook was Trump was now running.
And I absolutely did not believe that Trump should be given an unfiltered megaphone to spew all sorts of hatred.
And I had furious arguments with very senior people saying, you are the boss of Facebook.
You have a megaphone.
If nothing else, you get to say that that's not acceptable.
And they wouldn't even do the bare minimum there.
They sort of...
I remember I had a huge argument with some folks there about, you know, a post which I had drafted for Zuckerberg to take on Trump directly and call out his bullshit.
Oh, interesting.
And, you know, it's been reported, it's been covered in some other media over the years in the Washington Post, I think.
But, you know, that was the thing where I lost that argument.
