You know, some of your critics have said that you're a man on a ideological crusade.

And all I hear from you today, from having a chance to meet you for the first time, but following your work over the last few years, is that

You were a doctor who got into this field because you cared about people and you yourself were let down by the system, not because of any one person, but because of the way that the nature of the system was designed.

It was an unintended consequence about how the system was set up.

And yeah, if you're on a crusade, you're on the crusade of getting people healthy.

So that's the only thing that I've seen that's there.
