You know, we're closing out on the year.

So professionally, has the year gone the way you'd like it to have?

I would have said realistic.

I think it's important to have – and I really wouldn't use – in your situation, I really wouldn't use the glass half full analogy because I think that you see what's not there or what's obvious that people are missing.

And one of the things that I wanted to talk about today was that because I think it's really important at times to grab you to the side and go, Shay, in the past, you haven't necessarily voiced your thoughts –

on what might be obvious that we're missing.

So I think it's a really good time for us to have a chat about this year, kind of put it to bed, and then also just go, you know, on the work front, what's happened, but also let's look ahead to next year and where do you, you know, think things should land?

Because if we look back for two seconds, let's just roll back just a second.

This time last year, you weren't full-time in the business.

I think you've only been in the business full-time for about six or eight months.
