No matter what, you get knocked down, you get up, and you persist.
So this morning, on Tuesdays and Fridays, if I can, I'm in a hotel room or here, do you know what a burpee is, Julia?
You bet your ass, yeah.
Yeah, you do burpees.
Well, I do 1,000 consecutive burpees.
Every Tuesday and Friday.
It's so intense.
I'm shaking.
I'm sweating all over the place.
