So since I've been doing this, there are a lot of people, governments, people who represent governments, our government, who are scrambling to... figure this technology out, safeguard this technology, or do something with technology for either weapons or to better humanity, all of these things. But the people who I've met who seem to have the most access to this, they don't have those intentions.
