Possibly. I think Aaron Glenn is definitely their number one choice. He's in the building right now. I don't think they're going to let this guy out unless he signs this contract or at least agrees to it. It has been a very long search. They've interviewed multiple candidates, as you guys know. It was kind of Mike Vrabel, and then they didn't know what they wanted to do. And then they met with Aaron Glenn, and they're really happy with him. So we'll see if they'll be able to get that done. I expect that to get done.

Growth, self-awareness, all the things that you want from a leader. And that's what he had last year in making that decision to stay in Detroit. And he's learned a lot about losing. He's learned a lot about winning. Now he's going to Chicago because he's got the quarterback. He believes in Caleb Williams. There's a lot of people around the league who think that Caleb Williams is untapped talent.

Tom Brady was a very convincing owner in trying to get Ben Johnson to go there because they were gonna make it the Brady way. Had a good game. Improved as the season went on. I think they had a really tough season. I think they're going to address a lot of their weaknesses. Offensive line obviously being the biggest issue.
