If you're him, it's not necessarily that you have a no trade clause, but I'm letting teams know.

My agent is going to let teams know, depending on who is interested, who is calling the Raiders, what kind of deal I'm looking for.

If I'm not interested in playing for your team after 2026, I'm letting you know this is a rental.

So, hey, negotiate what you want to go bring me in, but I'm going to ask to hit the open market after the fact, right?

And I will cause a stink.

I'll sit out of training camp.

I'm 30 years old at that point.

I've made over $100 million in my career.

I can afford to sit back.

I'll do the Hasan Reddick thing if I have to to be able to get to where I want to get to.

But I think that what's most realistic is

His agent does put those feelers out and says, hey, we don't have to reset the non quarterback market the way that Michael Parsons did.

Right.

I'm not going to ask for something exorbitant, but we don't have guaranteed money and you're not going to trade Hendricks in us.

Right.

So whoever you whoever trades for us, I need you to convert whatever the 2027 salary is going to be into a signing bonus.

Kick a couple of years onto the back of that contract if you need to, to make the math work.

Right.

But we need to have some guaranteed cash coming in our direction.

So I think that that is probably how this is going to play out.
