And he also has sued Diddy for sexual battery, sexual harassment, and he had other claims as well. And the other was model and actress Kat Passione, who had a relationship shortly after Kim Porter's death back in 2018. And she claimed that Diddy also sexually assaulted her.

In his interview, he also got very emotional and he broke down in tears. Now he was Combs' senior executive assistant from 2019 to 2021. And he actually had a cache of evidence, mostly voice recordings and text messages from Diddy and his former chief of staff, Christina Karam.

And in these text messages, Karam and Diddy would tell Pines what Diddy would need for his, quote, wild king knights parties. So that's what he would call those those big parties. But Pines said he didn't know them as freak offs, which is what the federal prosecutors had called them.
