What's your typical routine?
I would say that my typical routine is the first thing I do is if I can meditate, I'll meditate for about 20 minutes first thing.
I'll do some light stretching and some, you know, it's about 40 minutes to an hour beginning of the day where you just start with clearing your mind, you know, clearing thoughts,
your body and and maybe doing breakfast for the kids and by the time uh by the time uh i i i'm a morning person and i and i love it i've always enjoyed being sort of first one in the office and i love going avoiding traffic so i having said that uh if you're taking a flight and then you land at uh past midnight i i can't do it every day but uh
But that's my ideal start of the day.
Then in the office, I'm a very structured person.
So I like to start with a review of my day.
So first thing is I look at my calendar.
If I have meetings like I have with you, I put alarms five minutes before so I can clear my mind and I can...
If I'm very immersed, if you and I are talking now and the phone rings, it's because I'm stepping into the next meeting.
So it's sort of clearing your day.
And then I like to have a morning meeting with my team where we go through the four Ds.
