the yin and the yang is that you're super creative.
The problem is you focus.
And so one of the people that was most influential was my first boss at Merrill.
I've already been through JP and Goldman on a successful track, but he was an Austrian guy and he was extraordinarily structured.
And that sort of
structure that i shared earlier uh is part of it thanks to him and what it did is it my creativity exploded but within the focus of prioritization i think that yin and yang when you balance them out is incredible and if someone suffers from the opposite they're like extremely you know focused and they miss creativity they should find ways so i i think of him but i've had a
incredible people throughout my career.
