Another may prefer narrative summaries.

One team may want risk warnings at the top.

Another may want recommendations first.

A good AI assistant can adapt not by guessing every time, but by remembering the preferred method.

This is especially important for agencies, consultants and SMEs.

Smaller businesses often have many unwritten procedures.

The founder knows how things are done.

The senior project manager knows.

The person who has been there forever knows.
