And what I'm trying to do is make sure that those leaders and those thinkers and those builders are in a position to be as impactful as they can be.
One of my favorite quotes this year was Timothy Chalamet when he said, you know, I want to be great and I'm not shying away from it.
You know what I mean?
And I think that my acceptance and other leaders acceptance of this moment and taking the responsibility of it is extremely important.
The moment that it clicked for me was.
When I decided to stop wrestling with whether or not I'm a leader, I would hope that the moment that we're in, we're understanding that we have to take responsibility.
