I think that's what they kind of want with this project is how edgy can we make it without being pop up, being creative and, like, unique.

So I had the first meeting with them.

And, you know, almost everybody has been part of this camp.

friends of the show a lot of the people john bellion tedder like it's amazing right it's like cool to be in this world i never even knew john bellion was until this came up i'm kind of out of touch with like i only work with like the people that i meet or whatever i don't really know what's going on in music sometimes in like the pop world like the in like the songwriting format i'm just kind of like traveling and just doing whatever and working on the road but

I had to Google him.

I thought he was John Baptiste.

I didn't know there was two people.

Yeah, so I figured all that out.

I'm like, oh, these guys are together.

I didn't even know either of them looked like.

I had to Google them last week.

But big up both those guys.

I love them now.

I learned a lot about those guys.

But he might not even be there today, but he was supposed to be there this week.

So I started working on demos.

And the sound of the album, this might change a lot, but the vibe was like trip-hop.

It was like the original attitude and it changed a lot.

But I was like, okay, I made some music for you guys and then they hated it all.

And then they took one record and then I was like, okay, let's build off of this.
