I got down, okay, I'm at 205 right now.
I got down about 195 on it.
But what it does, at least for me, I don't know about every single person, but what it does is like...
Imagine when you go to like a โ you have a really huge meal.
You go to a buffet and just stuff yourself.
And at the end of the meal, you're just like, yo, I can't eat anything else.
I don't want dessert.
I don't want to drink anything.
That's what I feel all the time.
You're like that permanently.
You're so โ you feel so full that you don't even want to think about eating anything.
It doesn't do any โ it's not a miracle where it makes the fat go away.
It makes you not want to eat.
And maintaining your weight has to do with calorie intake.
What are side effects that you noticed actually?
