I could do it on my own.
I lost a lot of weight on my own by counting calories and just paying attention to what I eat.
Some workout.
Now with water, it kind of stepped it up a bit.
Like I think I'm at 205 now.
I think down to 195, 190, maybe even a little bit lower.
I remember when I was going through health problems when I was like in my 20s, I get down to about 165.
And that's because I wasn't eating very much.
So I could do 165 again.
Yeah, I mean, name one obese 80-year-old.
Yeah, very.
Name an obese 70-year-old.
Yeah.
Okay.
You might see some 60-year-olds that are obese, but they probably don't have long to live.
Oh, 100%.
