Nothing is more clear than pain.

And America right now is understanding what it's like.

It's not the whole fuck around and find out thing.

A hard head is better than a soft ass.

America will either decide to course correct or do what every other empire that's ever existed has done.

We're not infallible.

People thought that the idea of American exceptionalism was predicated on the fact that people came from other places to be a part, to invest in this dream.

And the only people who are doing that are black and brown people.

Like white people come here from other countries to go to the circus.

They go to New York, they go to L.A., and they go back home because they have a higher standard of living, a better standard of living.

The only hope America has is that it listens to the people who are the most invested in it.

Rosa Parks broke the law.

It was the law.

Slavery was against, you know, slavery was the law.

So, you know how laws change?

Enough people break them when they see the folly of those laws.

You know, people don't seem to understand that I don't care if it's legalized marijuana.

I don't care if it's slavery.

What happened was that people saw the folly of the law by seeing the human connection to them.

And this is unfortunate for you.
