If you broke the law, then it would have been two federal judges that said, I don't see nothing here.

They circumvented the system to make it happen.

And it isn't because they believe they can win.

It's because they're trying to embarrass you.

But look at what happened.

You got elevated.

You did hit it.

Do you know,

How many white dudes want to be arrested right now so they can be right here?

Like, there's people right now hoping they arrest me.

You are the face.

You are holding a mirror up to a nation, and it gets to see itself, the very mirror we were talking about later.

So I feel bad for you because I love you when you're my brother.

But I don't feel bad for you because I understand that this has to happen, and you're the right dude to do it.

The truth of the matter is, I saw you a certain way, and it only took a conversation of having, had it not been for your mother and Jasmine, who encouraged us to have a conversation with each other, and it changed how I felt.

And as a matter of fact, when it happened to you and CNN happened, I was one of the very first people who called you and had a conversation with you.

I was proud of the way you comported yourself then.

I had never seen somebody have such a public excoriation and hand this, because we're used to seeing people being cowed and humbled.

But you became, like there's an old saying that without a death, there can't be a resurrection.

And the reason these people are here now, because this version of you is the thing you always were supposed to be.
