The thing that's funny is when you have enough wealth and power in America, you can make things disappear.

You can remove things.

Like all the things that are being redacted.

Like black people invented the written language, but white people invented the eraser.

They're like, we built the periods.

No, you didn't.

And now you'll see a sanitized version of what is happening.

And I think

the reason why people like you are particular, and when I saw what happened to you, I was heartened because I knew you were able to handle it, one.

But the other thing is that people are pressed into service.

Like nobody decides to do this thing.

And what they do is, we're the most convenient thing.

It was four black journalists that they decided were gonna be the eye.

And the thing that's perverse about it, they use the very same laws that they use to arrest Klansmen.

and they have made you the face of it.

And that's got to be, and I know obviously you can't have conversations because you are in jeopardy.

I will say this.

Especially when they found out you were with them.
