So what am I afraid of?
Well, actually, I'm afraid that I have cancer.

You know, this is an imperfect model.
What do I think are the odds?
Probably 5%.
Okay, good.
What would I do?
Yeah, totally.
What would I do?
Exactly what would I do?
And when you've actually named it, claimed it, turned it into fear, the actual fear that's lurking behind it, it's no longer something that'll be scratching at your amygdala.
And you can dispose of that and get a good night's sleep by doing that.
And that's a highly metacognitive way to understand emotional self-management.
Have a whole suite of techniques like that.
It's good.
It's a cottage industry of feeling.
