This one came about.

You must know Dougal Allen.

Yes, of course.

So I had Dougal on the podcast.

He was talking about one of those God's Own Adventure races he was doing.

And his team was Simone Meyer, who's also been on the podcast, and Richie McCaw, the greatest All Black of all time.

And he said a game they were playing in the middle of the night to keep everyone awake and stimulated was Richie was asking everyone what three words they'd like people to use about them at their funeral.

And one of Richie's words for himself was integrity.

And Dougal had only just met him a day earlier and had been doing this event with him.

And he said it's funny because that's one word that he would have thought would suit Richie.

Yeah, right.

Okay.

So what about for you, Dr. Dan Plew?

I quite like this question because it's, um, on the surface, it seems kind of trivial, but, uh, once you've got those words, you can sort of reverse engineer your life.

Yeah, it's a tough one.
