Ian, I suppose due to the different ways your mum's got Alzheimer's, your dad had a heart incident on a bike crash.

So the story goes in your book, which you share about so openly.

You'd been on a night out.

You come home like 4 or 5 in the morning.

Your dad's in his Lycra just going out for a bike ride.

So you pass each other.

So I'm guessing in that sort of circumstance and that environment at that age, you didn't say, I love you as the last words?

You hadn't rediscovered your Christianity at that point and you were out drinking.

Why didn't you go off the rails at that point?

You were never a hell raiser.

And, um, I've heard you refer to yourself as a womanizer.
