And did you beat yourself up after a bad show, or did you manage to sort of park it and get on with it?

And then, so you're doing that for five years, then it was cut and replaced with... Seven Sharp.

Seven Sharp, yeah.

And that was a Jesse Mulligan... That's right, Jesse Mulligan, Greg Boyd.

Yeah, yeah, yeah, it was based on the Australian show The Project, which eventually came to TV3.

Yeah, what was that like, being publicly dumped?

Yeah, well, you know.

Is that humiliating?

Well, yeah, it has to be.

You know, it's an interesting position to be in.

Like, I've had a couple of coaches on the podcast, like John Hart and Tony Kemp.

And it's, like, a lot of people lose their jobs.

Redundancies are a very common thing.

But for it to happen in the public arena, like, it adds another... TB3 had a film crew outside.

Yeah.

Yeah, there was nothing wrong with the product.

It was going perfectly well.

When the new show started, it was panned in the beginning.

Did you get a sense of glee about it?
