Yeah, are you still over every decision, like micromanaging, or are you more like, have you gone from like a player to a coach?

Can you be in the weeds and still be looking at the big picture at the same time?

Or can you spend some time in the weeds and then go up on the hill to look at the big picture?

You responded fairly quickly saying, yeah, I'd love to.

And then palmed me on to Rachel, I think, who's your chief of staff.

This is crazy.

This is so cool, though.

Have you found that difficult?

I get the feeling you're control freakish.

Kind of.

Or you'd like to do it all yourself.

Or have you been able to successfully let go of things?

The term control freak, like it's not a bad term.

I'd say I'm probably in the same position where sometimes I think, oh, the time it'll take me to explain it, I may as well just do it myself or no one will be able to do it the way I want it done.
