I seriously think that's what it comes down to is that you have to say to your guys, hey, now you're understanding what it's like.

Letang none, Mantha none, Gerard none, Doer none, Lizotte none, Soderblom none, Kendall none, Chinnikov none.

These were all guys who were parts of your team and a reason that you had such a great year.
