So the median house price in Ballarat is hovering around $600,000.
It's made a really great recovery since
COVID.
So what happened in Ballarat has been really interesting and really unique historically to what Ballarat does.
We've always been a very slow and steady market.
And then we skyrocketed during COVID due to having more space and not being in the lockdowns quite as much.
And then due to probably running a bit too hard, the market came back a lot and the median house price was dramatically lower, probably around $500,000.
And then we've recovered and recovered really well to be back around that $600,000 in what is a booming market at the moment.

John, that's really fascinating because, as you mentioned toward the end of your answer there, most older generation guys say, I can't coach them. I can't talk to these kids. I mean, I've talked to coaches and even NBA veteran players and say, man, I mean, if you talk to them the way you used to talk to us, like – You lose the kid forever.
