That will change the offense.
Yeah, I mean, I think the Bo Nix stuff is simple.
Their offense is designed around short passes, like screen-type passes, and deep shots.
And Bo Nix has thrown a lot of interceptions on the deep shots so far this year, and that's really slowed down their offense.
And if the only passes that they're going to allow you to take downfield end up in interceptions and incomplete passes, yeah, they're going to have to rework that offense in a way to allow Bo Nix to make some plays.
Yeah, I have a hard time with that also, but my assumption is they don't factor in the result of the play as much as they factor in the process of the play.
So if there's someone open that he misses, they'll count that against him if there's a bad play.
If there's an interception that's dropped where it won't count against you in QBR or stats or it won't hurt you if you lose the game, they will count as an intercepted or turnover-worthy play.
He had one of those on Monday night, no doubt.
Yeah, so I think that's probably why.
Why are we talking so much about the Tush Push?
Because it stinks and it's boring and no one likes it.
But, I mean, I understand why the Eagles like it and they want to defend it and their fans want to defend it.
But my biggest frustration with it is I want to see football players play.
Like, the opportunity cost of Saquon Barkley not having the ball or a fade to A.J.
Brown is I get to see a bunch of guys push each other.
That kind of stinks.
You're right.
They are.
But you ain't trying, I guess, right?
