He walked into the Pentagon and he said, Operation Epic Fury was a historic, overwhelming victory.

Capital V for victory.

He said, and I quote here, Ron begged for this ceasefire and we all know it.

And before that reporter called out the missiles,

Hegseth had already acknowledged that they were flying.

So as he was saying that this was a ceasefire and a victory, there were still missiles flying.
