So I want you to take a look at this.
This is the conditions Iran sent for peace.
Some of them are quite reasonable, but look at number two and number three on this list.
Look at it.
Number two says a continuation of Iran's control over the state of Hormuz.
Number three says acceptance that Iran can enrich uranium for its nuclear program.
You just have to look at Trump's social posts this morning to see Trump saying something very, very different.
The United States will work closely with Iran, he says, which we have determined has gone through what will be a very productive regime change.
There will be no more enrichment of uranium.
And the United States will, working with Iran, dig up and remove all of the deeply buried B-2 bombers' nuclear dust.
Now, as you heard from David Rohde and others and Jonathan Lemire, there is no regime change in Iran.
If anything, there are more hardliners there.
They are not agreeing to not enriching uranium.
They are not agreeing to getting rid of their stockpile of anything.
Trump is saying that this allows him to dig up the removal of uranium.
That doesn't match what was laid out in the agreement.
That's according to Tehran.
And supposedly they said that last summer they got all of that.
So now we see Donald Trump drafting posts like he's in a sense of euphoria and receiving IV drips of morphine or something.
He knows he's gotten in over his head.
