I mean, I doubt that Isildur is shorter than the average Numenorean of 6'4".
He's got to be pushing 6'8".
I mean, his father was eight foot tall.
Yeah, I was going to say his father is called Elendil the Tall.
You've got to inherit some of those genes shortly.
And then, of course, he's just, you know, essentially superhuman to begin with.
On the first read, you accept these things as descriptions, and they make you see the scene.
