My favorite episode of 2025 was an early one.
Terso is rewriting SQLite in Rust.
One reason is I'm a sucker for people building in Rust, big surprise.
But more importantly, I enjoyed it because I got to learn about the concept of deterministic simulation testing, which I found to be pretty fascinating.
I always love the episodes where I get to learn about a concept that I haven't run up against before.
Anywho, thank you guys for the podcast and looking forward to what you have lined up in 2026.

And I did have to go back and watch Any Given Sunday after hearing that episode. I'd never seen it before. I also got a kick out of the Rails is having a moment again episode. A lot of times I disagree with DHH, but regardless, he is always entertaining to listen to. Thank you for all the work you guys do on the podcast. It's one of my favorites.
