And when the ball got into the paint, everybody's like, cool, treat time.
And they go to the basket and they took what was theirs.
And I think that what was great about this game is that, again, everyone was assertive in the paint.
but it wasn't at the expense of balance attack on the offense.
I want to talk about one thing that I think really made it where this game felt comfortable very quickly.
And you mentioned in the preview that Wake has a tendency to do what?
Allow teams to go on a long run.
Well, this one was different, Jason, because, again, our kill shots have normally been slow burns lately.
It's not like when we have a 10-0 run in the span of like a minute and a half where before you know it, the other team's calling timeout.
It's usually a slow burn over like five, six, seven minutes where you kind of look back and go, oh, wow, like we haven't held them.
We've held them pretty tightly the last few minutes.
It's been pretty good.
This one was quicker.
This one was a point where it was a combination of Wake Forest, I think, going like nine minutes without making a basket and us in the span of like what felt like two minutes going on a 13-0 run.
And it was just, again, this was different than previous ones because it was so fast how we were able to do it.
It was predicated by our defense.
We had a lot of sequences that started with steals.
or just great defensive stances where we were able to force Wake into a bad shot and go the other way.
But again, they took advantage of it where they had their fast breaks.
They took advantage of that.
