And sure, a lot of that is attributed to the fact that they were without Mikel Brown Jr.
for a few weeks, but...
If you think about it, again, the team that was slated to be the second best in the ACC this season, we have a chance to go four games up in the conference on them with a win on Monday night.
So I'm looking to see how this team responds.
But as we will discuss, this is a much different team than we saw back on January 6th because of the fact that Mikael Brown Jr.
is back in the lineup.
I think the one thing about it is, like you mentioned, against Louisville a few weeks ago,
We didn't have Mikael Brown Jr., so those rotations were kind of set, right?
You could put Dame on Ryan Conwell in the second half and go, you know, that's your job.
Don't worry about anything else.
And we could kind of rotate everybody else.
Now, with it being a two-headed monster, you kind of have to lock down those two guys very quickly.
And sure, Dame Sarr might be called to go back on Ryan Conwell again.
Or, Jason, we might start him on...
uh mikhail brown jr just to see how it works right but at the end you now you have two guys you kind of have to limit because if you take the ball on mikhail brown jr's hands you still have ryan conwell and oh yes lest we not forget the first half where a bunch of guys who never make threes ended up hitting a lot of threes like an ali khalifa type of situation you don't want to recreate that and put pressure on your offense to have to score every possession down the floor
Again, when Wake Forest was hitting shots, we didn't feel like we were in control.
It took a little bit for us to gain control of the game and then flip it on his head.
We want to do that from the outset.
And so I think intensity in this game is going to be key.
Like you mentioned, this is one of the best teams we have remaining in our schedule.
