Now that the contract is done, right, now that we have a settlement, that contract has been terminated.

So there is no cause for tampering.

But the problem is everything that is tied to is tied to that contract, right?

Any tortious interference that you would say happened would be in that particular contract, which is now ripped up.

So there is nothing to go based off of that.
