No, I think it's right outside of the stadium.

It's on both sides of the stadium by at least the renderings they showed.

That area by Stage AE, Ray, right by the Gold Lot, that's basically where most people are going to be standing.

They're supposed to have something at the Point too, but the main stage will be right in between Stage AE and that parking garage that is right on the opposite side of the stadium.
