Yeah, I also look at him as a good, not great coach in college.

And think of some of the college coaches that have made that jump.

And we've even seen the best of them make that jump and not work out.

It's rare that you get somebody like Pete Carroll, who I know had a disaster of a season and got fired out of Las Vegas.

But when Carroll was at his coaching prime –

he was able to go NFL, college, win a championship, come back to the NFL, win a championship.

That's rare.

Not many coaches have been able to do that and actually build up their teams at the same time.

You know, Barry Switzer came along for the ride with the Cowboys more so than somebody that built that team from the ground up.

So even though he's somebody that checks that box often,

of national champ and Super Bowl champ, I don't really look at him in the same light.

So, yeah, I mean, I don't really consider Cristobal like, hey, you know, this is a new, exciting addition to the story.
