Didn't Bills fans boo Josh Allen, at least subtly?
Actually, I'm glad you brought that up, Limits.
Did they?
Well, there was a kid at Waynesburg with me who was from Buffalo, a diehard Bills fan still to this day, and I never let him live that down.
We were watching that draft together.
And if I recall, the Bills traded up, correct?
Yes.
Joe, they traded up to take Josh Allen.
And the whole time, the guy I'm with, he wanted the Bills to take Josh Rosen because he was like the chosen one QB from that class who was slipping a little bit.
And they took Josh Allen, and this guy almost punched a hole through the wall.
I wonder if they would โ I mean, now this is just purely somebody's speculation, right, Austin?
Like there's no backing for this.
Well, what he says is โ
Yeah, I feel like the owners would want to push that a little bit more on probably both sides to where they might want it to be like 300 and 150.
So it's still kind of a wide gap.
I've long thought that the floor was more important here than what the cap would be because you're always going to get those crazy spenders.
But if they at least forced these small market teams to spend to X amount, if they make them spend $160,000,
No, I think they would want to push it further up and others would want to bring it down.
Yeah, I think the big markets would want it around like $300 million and then the smaller ones would probably want it at like $150 million.
So it would still have a $150 million difference.
