Right.
Yeah.
So, I mean, I would think it would be those three to four guys.
And I think Weaver's been a sleeper for this thing the whole time.
Outside of the two Rams candidates, I think he's next on the list as having the best chance to be their next head coach.
He's the type of...
Coach, to me, it's not about, oh, this guy's defense has had staggeringly good numbers and he is a savant on that side of the football.
He gives me vibes of a Dan Campbell or Mike Vrabel type, Joe, like the badass tough guy head coach.
Not the wise guy savant like a Mike McDaniel, per se.
Or you could throw Sean McVay certainly into that same category who I think is probably the best coach in football right now.
But...
The way that Weaver seems to carry himself, the way that he speaks at a podium, that tells me he would be somebody that could take over an interview and really blow them away.
I know that Austin's going to play these clips in a second.
But hearing these, it makes you think, okay, this guy is certainly one that will have no problem commanding a room, a leader of men type.
And I know that some fans are going to be turned off from that because they're going to say, well, didn't the Steelers just have that?
They had a guy that would be such a great speaker and was that leader of men, but for so long...
He was unable to get it done on a big stage.
And I would get that.
I mean, sometimes you just need a real change of scenery, breath of fresh air for guys.
But it's not as if Dan Campbell's coaching resume was anything amazing before he became the Lions head coach.
