And the amount of time he puts in on his GMA gig is tiny, but about what every other network morning news anchor is putting in, it's not a big lift. If you have an author on, they don't read the book. They're handed a couple of questions that the producer writes for them about the book. It requires almost no prep. I remember reading something Katie Couric would sort of prep the morning she got in or something like that. I don't know all the stories, but it's not a big lift.
