So just to clarify, your goal is performance based.
So when you're done with this little season of what you're doing, because I think what you're doing is fine, especially if you feel good, you're getting stronger, you're not losing strength, you feel good, keep going.
When you're ready to make the transition to running,
Um, one day a week, full body, uh, is plenty, uh, 45 minute workout, compound lifts.
Um, and then focus on your running, focus on what's helping you with your performance and fuel yourself.
You don't want to go into, you don't want to cut your calories while trying to get better at running.
Uh, that'll be very difficult.

Like a single day from maps performance would be good for him.
