Just over time, it gets real uncomfortable.
And so see if you can find other ways.
And then in the data, when you look at sobriety or success, there's two factors that seem to always come up.
One is a transcendent aspect.
And so belief in a higher power or God, that's one.
The other one is to bring it to light with other people.
Because when you do it by yourself, you eventually lose.
But when you include other people, and you want to find people that give you grace, by the way, because you might stumble.
But when you do it with other people, in the data, it shows it makes a big difference with being able to keep you on that track.
That's awesome.
That's phenomenal.
And has exercise helped with all of this?
So, uh, and by the way, this might also be a side effect of coming off the THC appetite drops a little bit.
Uh, so, but so small steps, you're an athlete.
So I'm going to, I'm going to speak to you in a way that I think you understand.
Uh, how do you get comfortable with the pain, the strength, the strenuous training, the I'm pushing myself to the limit in a game.
How do you get comfortable with that as an athlete?
You do, but you probably developed it.
In other words, exposure therapy.
