OpenAI has filed confidentially for an initial public offering.

The company is looking to join AI rivals in tapping public markets to fund ambitious growth plans.

We are told OpenAI is working with Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley on a potential listing as soon as this fall.

However, deliberations are ongoing and details of the IPO plan could change.

Today, Apple unveiled the next generation of its artificial intelligence platform.

This new system includes an overhauled Siri digital assistant, including a standalone Siri app with a more chatbot-like interface.

The company says its AI platform, known as Apple Intelligence, will be better able to understand the context of a user's request.

Now, Apple says its new AI features will not be initially available in China and the EU due to regulatory requirements.

The new Siri is expected to launch in beta later this year.

It will be available in English to start before expanding into other languages.

A federal judge has struck down the $100,000 fee President Trump ordered for H-1B visa applications, saying an unlawful tax.

The judge sided with California and 19 other states that sued to block the fee.

They argued it exceeded Trump's authority, and they said the fee would be detrimental in key public sectors.

Now, the Trump administration is intending to appeal this decision.

President Trump has nominated Acting Attorney General Todd Blanch to fill the position on a permanent basis.
