You can have visibility of everything thanks to the satellite arrays that we have of everything. You don't have to have commands for every region in the world. We forget that Mexico was the one that the Germans approached in 1917 as a potential ally against us, and the Mexicans were only too happy. After they left, you got the communists, and they moved into Mexico. And the Mexicans were very pro-communist all up through the Second World War. What happens to Germany? That's going to depend a great deal on the emergence of real leadership in Germany that is clear-eyed and focused on what's important to Germany. I think the last time they had that kind of capable leadership was really with Bismarck. I think Wilhelm I was a good man, but he wasn't strong enough to resist the dumb ideas that came his way.
